LOAN OPERATIONS SPECIALIST- PROCESSOR ( Mount Dora, Fl)
We have a full-time position opening for a Loan Operations Specialist - Processor in the Loan Department. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating processing from application through closing on all consumer, commercial, and real estate loans as well as other day-to-day operations of the loan department. They will be responsible for documentation including checklist, disclosures, setup sheets, and properly executed loan documents; responsible for daily data inputs, reconciling the loan department general ledger and DDA accounts.
The hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and all applicants must have the following qualifications:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills and proficient in PC software applications and Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Access and Outlook)
- Pride in accuracy and attention to details
- Efficient and effective in prioritizing, planning and organizing your daily work flow
- Fast learner who works smart while exercising sound judgment and works independently
- Highly motivated, team-oriented and works effectively with all levels of internal customers
- Must display honesty and professionalism at all times
- Ability to handle daily job duties and manage multiple tasks
- Comply with all regulatory laws such as Flood, SCRA, and BSA.
- Comply with all Information Security and Cybersecurity related policy & procedures

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Commercial and Consumer Loan Processing, preferred
- Experience in LaserPro, preferred
