Tickets are $20 per person and include the tasting, the lesson, and a 1oz. package of tea of your choice to take home. Students will also receive a discount on any items pruchased the evening of the class.

Drinking Tea is an art that closely parallels the art of savoring a fine wine. Tea cupping is a process of tasting and evaluating the quality of loose leaf tea. It is a combination of art and science that is used by tea lovers thoughout thte world to maintain tea quality and tea drinking satisfaction. In a tea cupping or tasting, the proess begins with an analysis of dry samples, followed by steeping and sampling. Notes are made on may attributes, from aroma to body and tea leaf texture. In this class you will sample multiple quality loose leaf teas and learn now to evaluate them using your various sesnses.
