On New Year’s Eve, join Mission Resort + Club for a five-course dinner and dancing gala in El Nuevo Mundo Ballroom. There will be a reception in the foyer from 7:30-8:30 PM, and dinner and dancing in the ballroom from 8:30 PM to 12:30 AM. The fabulous multi course meal begins with three Ahi Tartare, Roasted Beets & Goat Cheese and Salade Niçoise à Ma Façon courses before a Dragon Fruit Sorbet intermezzo. For the entree, choose between Mixed Grill featuring A5 Wagyu Beef Tenderloin and Espresso Crusted Cervena Venison Rack Chop or Herb Seared Alaskan Halibut before ending the dinner with Chocolate Opus or Hazelnut Praline Petit Gateau. With continuous live entertainment from a 5-piece dance band and DJ, it’s the best NYE celebration in Central Florida.
