Barry Lynch, is an ordinary man with a rare and proven ability to help people achieve extraordinary results. Having built multiple 7 figure business, a franchisee organization and a property business over the last 33 years. He is the ‘ben there, done that guy’, working with people to overcome what he has overcome himself. He truly believes that it was paramount for him to personally experience adversity and surmount it before he can show others how to be really happy, healthy and successful. Founded Paradigm Coaching in 2019 and mentored by Bob Proctor he now helps business owners and individuals achieve what they have not thought was possible.
