Back by popular demand. The Modernism Museum is pleased to welcome back jazz and blues singer Lauren Mitchell and pianist Bill Buchman. The concert will take place in the Modernism Museum gallery on Saturday, May 4th at 7:00 PM. A sparkling and white wine reception is included with your admission which beins at 6:30 PM.
Experience the musical chemistry between Mitchell and Buchman as the duo performs jazz standards, select covers of tunes sung by Etta James, Bettye Lavette, Diana Ross, Aretha Franklin and Betty Davis, along with Mitchell's own soulful, original material. Mitchell's powerful vocals and Bill Buchman's artistry on the piano will make for a memorable evening.
