The Mount Dora Area Chamber of Commerce will help them cut the ribbon at 4:30 PM! After that, the celebration begins! The Ellie Reese Boutique opening ceremony celebration will feature great music, sweet treats, sips for toasting the moment, fun for the kids hosted by Ellie Reese herself, and BOLD & NEVER BASIC STYLES!
