Learn how to determine if you have the cash to survive until things turn around. With a basic financial understanding and some experience with Excel, Google Sheets or some similar tool, you will be able to capture your historic revenue and expenses and use that to analyse possible scenarios going forward. Such an understanding helps you decide whether you have enough cash, or can get loans, to get through to the other side?
